4 NON-ALCOHOLIC SPRITZ RECIPE IDEAS

Italian Spritz sans alcool à faire chez soi, rapide, facile, qui remplace l'apérol.

Do you love Spritz but aren't always in the mood for an alcoholic cocktail? It's perfectly possible to recreate this Italian classic in a 0.0% alcohol version, while retaining its vibrant color, slight bitterness, and sparkling bubbles.

Today, we offer you four easy and original non-alcoholic Spritz recipes, to enjoy refreshing drinks during your aperitifs.



ITALIAN SPRITZ

Fruity, sweet and slightly bitter

INGREDIENTS

10 ml bitter orange syrup

140 ml OSCO Raw Radiance

Garnish: orange slice

PREPARATION

Pour the syrup into a Spritz glass filled with ice cubes. Pour in L'Éclat Brut. Top with sparkling water. Add an orange zest.

AND WITH THAT?

Crostini or arancini



RED SPRITZ

Fruity, round and spicy

INGREDIENTS

50 ml OSCO The Fiery Red

100 ml tonic

Full of ice cubes

PREPARATION

Pour the ingredients into a large wine glass.

AND WITH THAT?

Cheese crackers



HUGO SPRITZ

Floral, fruity and fresh

INGREDIENTS

10 ml elderflower syrup

140 ml OSCO Raw Radiance

Garnish: mint leaves

PREPARATION

Pour the syrup into a Spritz glass filled with ice cubes. Pour in L'Éclat Brut. Top with sparkling water. Add the mint.

AND WITH THAT?

Fresh tomato and basil bruschetta



SUNNY SPRITZ

Sweet, indulgent and sparkling

INGREDIENTS

15 ml of orgeat syrup

50 ml OSCO The Original

150 ml elderflower soda

Garnish: plenty of ice cubes and a sprig of fresh mint

PREPARATION

In a large wine glass, pour all the ingredients, then give a light stir with a small spoon to dilute the syrup.

These alcohol-free Spritzes are the perfect alternative for enjoying a friendly aperitif. Delicious and refreshing, they are also low in calories, with approximately 45 kcal per glass depending on the syrup chosen, which is half the amount of a classic Spritz.
