WHAT IS AN ALCOHOL-FREE APERITIF?
An aperitif is a blend of wine and plants. At OSCO, our non-alcoholic aperitifs use this structure by replacing the wine with verjuice: the juice of green grapes harvested before maturity. Same origin, same character, minus the alcohol!
Gentian, a characteristic plant in aperitifs, gives our blends a typical bitter finish.
ALCOHOL-FREE, BUT STRONG IN CHARACTER
A unique taste to be savored in 3 stages: an attack worthy of a spirit and from the verjuice, extended by an aromatic complexity unique to each creation and a beautiful length in the mouth thanks to the gentian.
And with as little sugar as possible!
