OSCO X PERS COMPETITION RULES

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZERS

The website www.oscodrinks.com is published and produced by COLLECTIF CORDIAL, a company with a capital of €5,000.00, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 899 325 666, and whose registered office is located at 28 Avenue Des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes, France (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). OSCO Drinks' intra-community VAT number is FR95899325666. The publication director is Marion Lebeau.
The website www.pers-skincare.com is published and produced by PROTOCOL, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €55,600.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 915307201, and whose registered office is located at 39 rue de la Gare de Reuilly, 75012 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). PROTOCOL SAS's intra-community VAT number is FR25915307201. The publication director is Sophie-Lisa Precheur.
The companies COLLECTIF CORDIAL and PROTOCOL are organizing, under the conditions defined below, a free competition with no purchase obligation entitled "PERS x OSCO Competition" from July 15, 2024 to July 21, 2024, as part of the promotion of its products.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE GAME

The game is open to any individual of legal age residing in Metropolitan France, excluding employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members (ascendants, descendants) or collateral relatives, their spouse, partner, or civil union partner. Failure to comply with the participation requirements set out in the rules will invalidate the entry. The organizing company reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems necessary, particularly concerning identity, age, and address.

ARTICLE 3 - ALLOCATIONS

ARTICLE 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, each participant simply needs to:

No responses sent by any other means (private message, email, etc.) will be accepted. Only one entry per person will be considered.

The winners will be drawn at random and contacted on Thursday, August 8, 2024.

ARTICLE 5 - ALLOCATION OF LOTS

The organizing companies will conduct a random draw among the participants who completed the form in order to designate two (2) winners.
The winners' names will be announced on Thursday, August 8, 2024, via email. Winners will be asked to provide their contact information (first and last name and postal address) within seven (7) days by email to the organizing company. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize.
The organizers undertake to send the prizes by regular mail, within six (6) weeks of receiving the contact details of the winners (the postmark will serve as proof).
Prizes that cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the control of the organizing company (incorrect address, no response from the winner, etc.) will be permanently lost and cannot be reassigned.
Winners may not claim the cash equivalent of the prize won or request its exchange for other goods or services, for any reason whatsoever. Prizes may also not be transferred to third parties.
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances require it, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes won with other prizes of equivalent nature and value, without this giving rise to any compensation or indemnity of any kind.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss, and/or damage to the prize during its delivery.

ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTES AND LIABILITIES

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any inaccurate or false statement, or any fraud, will result in the participant's disqualification.
No telephone or written requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or modalities of the game, or the winner will be answered.
The company organizing the game reserves the right to prosecute, by any means, any attempt to circumvent these rules, and in particular in the event of the communication of erroneous information.
The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur as a result of the use of the prizes awarded.
COLLECTIF CORDIAL and PROTOCOL will not be responsible in the event of malfunction of the Internet network preventing access to the game or its proper conduct.
In all other cases, in the event of a dispute or complaint, requests must be sent to COLLECTIF CORDIAL or PROTOCOL within fifteen (15) days of the game's closing date (postmark serving as proof), by regular mail addressed to "Customer Service." This letter must indicate the precise date of participation in the game, the participant's full contact information, and the exact reason for the dispute. No other method of dispute or complaint will be considered. The organizer's decisions are final: COLLECTIF CORDIAL and PROTOCOL have sole authority to decide any question regarding the application of these rules. The game and the interpretation of these rules are governed by French law.

ARTICLE 7 - REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES

For participants who use an Internet connection that is billed by the connection time, the Internet connection for participation in the game will be reimbursed upon simple written request to the address of the organizing company, upon proof and on a flat rate basis of 0.16 C including tax per minute.
Thanks to the current state of service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections to users. Under these conditions, participants are informed that any access to the game on a free or flat-rate basis (such as cable or ADSL connections) will not be eligible for any refund, on the grounds that the subscription to
The services of the access provider are contracted by the internet user for their overall use of the internet and the fact that participants connect to the Facebook social network and participate in the game does not incur any additional costs for them.
Postage costs incurred for the refund request will be reimbursed on the basis of a stamp at the slow rate in effect (less than 20g) on the date of this game.
To obtain reimbursement for their connection fees and the postage costs of their reimbursement request, participants must send a written request to the organizing company within one month of incurring these expenses (as evidenced by the postmark). This request, submitted on plain paper, must include the following information:

The organizing company will reimburse said fees by bank transfer within two (2) months of receiving the participants' request.

ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and European Directive No. 95/46 of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the details of the winners may be processed on paper or by automated processing.
In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of said law, winners have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them upon simple written request addressed to the address of the game.
Individuals who exercise their right to have their data deleted before the end of the operation will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation.
