HOW TO PREPARE A NON-ALCOHOLIC HUGO SPRITZ?

The non-alcoholic Hugo Spritz, also called a Virgin Hugo, is a sparkling elderflower cocktail that is fresh and very easy to prepare.

1. Fill the glass with ice cubes
Choose a large stemmed glass and add a generous amount of ice cubes.

2. Pour in the elderflower syrup
Add 10 ml of MONIN Elderflower syrup.

3. Add L’Éclat Brut
Pour in 120 ml of well-chilled OSCO L’Éclat Brut.

4. Top with sparkling water
Add a splash of sparkling water to extend the freshness and fine bubbles of the cocktail.

5. Add the finishing touch
Stir gently, then garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.

Your non-alcoholic Hugo Spritz is ready to be enjoyed. A floral, fresh, and sparkling recipe, ideal for a non-alcoholic aperitif on a terrace, a lunch in the sun, or a festive evening.

Serve with tomato and basil bruschetta, crackers, or olives.
