The No/low alcohol trend is arriving in France after having attracted Anglo-Saxon countries. From non-alcoholic beers, to non-alcoholic wines and non-alcoholic spirits, the spectrum is constantly expanding. It’s the time of aperitif ! Laura Falque and Marion Lebeau, 2 young entrepreneurs, took on this journey by offering the first organic alcohol-free aperitif made in France. OSCO comes from a blend of verjuice (the juice of green grapes harvested before maturity) and southern plants. A delight as an aperitif !
