Cocktails Spirits is a professional fair dedicated to the world of cocktails and innovations linked to this sector. The show is punctuated by several highlights. Starting with the exclusive exhibition “in bartenders we trust” with no less than 200 portraits of bartenders taken throughout France, where quite a few faces are now familiar to us.
We stocked up on new things at the Bar Rouge and the Embassy where conferences from speakers from all over the world take place. Then a trip to the Bar des Innovation is a must ! OSCO was selected there during the previous edition ;) So many memories ! This year, this prestigious wall was stamped French Touch and brought together 100 gems selected for their innovative character. The NoLow space, alcohol-free products in the spotlight
This year, something new is making waves at the Cocktails Spirit show : the appearance of the NoLow center to discover the trends and pleasures of alcohol-free products. This novelty echoes a change in the consumption habits of the general public which tends to give more and more space to low-alcohol products. To liven up the space, who better than the emblematic Virgin Mary, a 100% alcohol-free Irish bar and pioneer of the genre. This bar was born from the desire of the manager, Vaughan Yates, to break the codes in order to initiate a change of mentality in one of the biggest alcohol-consuming countries in the world. Inviting the Virgin Mary teams to manage a space that resembles them makes sense and allows novices to better discover the challenges of this alcohol-free trend.

For the premiere of the NO-LOW bar, OSCO was selected to be worked on by the Virgin Mary teams. For the occasion, the bartenders have revisited the Dry Martini to make an alcohol-free version with OSCO touch !! We leave you with the video recipe !
