2021 - THE BEGINNING OF THE ADVENTURE !

2021, l'année où tout à commencé pour le premier apéritif sans alcool bio français

To start 2022, a colorful hindsight of 2021 !

The beginnings of OSCO

JANUARY

We are starting the year by joining the Rungis & Co incubator. This will be the perfect setting to verify our economic model (obviously necessary !) and prepare for the marketing of OSCO. 🤝

We ask you about the format of the bottle and the vocabulary to use on the label : non-alcoholic aperitif, blend of verjuice and southern plants, produced in France... Your participation is very valuable !

FEBRUARY

The OSCO name is revealed ! And the identity that goes with it. Months of reflection to end with this name which has a lot of meaning for us. We'll explain everything here.

We are going to Périgord to meet our verjuice producer, the start of a beautiful story !

MARCH

We are making the first pre-series of our alcohol-free aperitif with our French partner. We will finally be able to taste our elixir ! We give you several samples every week to get your first feedback.

We are preparing the presentation film in parallel.

APRIL

Headed to Marseille for our first photo shoot under the sun. We'll reveal the bottle to you straight away ! We couldn't hold on anymore. 🙃

And it comes right at the moment when we receive your first feedback which fills us with joy. 🙏🙏

MAY

We obtain Ecocert organic certification ! It approves our approach, the choice of natural ingredients and having imposed all the constraints linked to refusing the use of preservatives (among others) : a great victory !

JUNE

We are launching our Ulule campaign and thanks to you, nearly 1000 bottles are sold before even being produced ! Enough to finance our first production, let's go !

OSCO received its first medal at that time : the Epicure d'Or Prize from the World of Fine Grocery, in the non-alcoholic beverage category. 🙌

JULY

We carry out the first production as soon as the campaign is over to be able to deliver to you as quickly as possible ! We are also signing with our first grocery and wine merchant partners. 😊😊

AUGUST

We're starting to receive your feedback, it's magical ! ✨

“The new alcohol-free Sprizt”, “An alcohol-free aperitif that doesn’t look like it”, “It’s stunning !” ...

For those who would like to try it, our non-alcoholic cocktail recipes can be discovered here .

SEPTEMBER

Drinks & Co, Les caves Julhes, Château Estoublon… more and more beautiful addresses trust us and feature OSCO 🙏 already more than 40 in just 2 months ! For the complete list to date, click here .

OSCO is selected by the Paris Cocktail Week team in their innovations bar. For the occasion, a special non-alcoholic cocktail is created : the Nolosco. A delight !

We are also participating in our first trade show, Sirha, the world's largest food event, and in Foodcamp 2021 during which we are pitching in front of 150 F&B (Food&Beverage) leaders ! Thank you for their kind welcome. 🙃

OCTOBER

We continue to make you taste OSCO as soon as we can : first pop up store and Natexpo, the organic trade fair : great contracts that we will reveal to you soon. 👀

NOVEMBER

Audrey joins us to extend our social networks. We are joining Willa, the women's incubator, who will support us for the next 12 months.🙏

We go behind the bar for our first corporate event on the occasion of the inauguration of Ateliers Typology, French natural cosmetics. It makes us want to do a lot more. ❤️

DECEMBER

The first bottles of OSCO arrive at our Belgian friends. 🇧🇪

We reveal our Art of gifting to you in two other pop up stores and we give you lots of gifts to make you a non-alcoholic cocktail ace.
